Most garments can be machine washed on COLD and DELICATE, then tumble dried with LOW HEAT. However, we strongly recommend that the garment be machine washed cold and laid flat to dry instead of using a dryer.

For best performance, please hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. This will help to protect the colorfastness of the garment as well as the construction of the elastane fiber in the waistband. Due to the sensitivity of the fabric, for longer lasting dyes and sustainability of the fabric garment should not be put in a dryer.

Damage Upon Delivery

First and foremost, anything leaving the warehouse is checked for quality, though if you did receive something that was damaged upon arrival, please chat with someone on the support and we'll happily assist.

Damage after Use

Given some users do experience damage to their garments after use (just like any garment), we do have some best practices to prevent garment damage in the future. We totally understand things happen and our team would be more than happy to field questions about your undies. Additionally, if your washing machine ate your product, we may not be able to approve of a replacement item.

Pet Damage

Also, under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we are not able to replace Product consumed ripped or destroyed by your pet. With that said, if you haven't used your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, chat with someone on the support and we would be more than happy to get you a fresh pair. Take care of your Bummer undies and Bummer will take care of you!

All prints for Products are all limited edition and are not restocked once we sell out. How long they are available depends on popularity and new patterns are released every few weeks on a rolling basis. Our goal is to provide 1 brand new print/color to choose from each month!

If you do not see a print available in the product size and style, we're most likely completely sold out.

All our undies are knit from Micro Modal®, a naturally soft, breathable, eco-friendly fabric extruded from Austrian beech trees. The cellulosic properties of Micro Modal® fiber naturally inhibit odor-causing bacterial growth, while the smooth and supple wood fiber gives our fabric a luxuriously soft, cool, and cozy feel.

If you looking to order for a group, Bummer does offer group purchasing rates. Our team provides an ideal way to customize large orders gifting, parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties. Orders larger than a quantity of 20 undies will only be considered under the group purchase policy.

Most our orders are packed and ready to leave the warehouse within 24 hours of receiving the order. Which means it may be difficult to make changes to your order once it has been packed and ready to ship out.

If your order has not yet shipped out, we can cancel your order and reprocess it with the correct information.

However, if your order has shipped out and you realized that the address is wrong, we recommend contacting the postal carrier to try to have the address changed. Otherwise, the order will likely be returned to us. If the order is returned to us, we will issue a full refund. In the meantime, we recommend placing a new order while waiting on an order to be returned to sender in case stock is low since we may not be able to immediately re-send an order back out.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. During the holidays when order volume is elevated, processing times will be delayed.

Orders are shipped via Delhivery and are estimated to arrive within 4-7 business days across all pin codes covered with our delivery partner. If for some reason your pin code isn’t serviceable via our primary logistics partner we will do everything in our power to make sure the order gets to you one way or another. All we ask is you be patient while India’s softest under arrive at your doorstep.
