Bummer undies perform best when they are hand washed cold and laid flat to dry. However, if you're just too lazy - throw them in the machine on a cold-delicate setting. We know, you'll probably end up doing the latter only.

Due to the sensitivity of the fabric, for longer lasting dyes and sustainability of the fabric, garment should not be put in a dryer. We also do not recommend ironing your undies (who even does that?!?) but just incase you decide to cause you've gotten time to kill, DON'T. You don't want to ruin your newly found love affair with your bum.

Damage Upon Delivery

First and foremost, anything leaving the warehouse is checked for quality, though if you did receive something that was damaged upon arrival, please drop us an email and we'll replace it right away!

Damage after Use

In certain rare situations where you may see a damage on the garment after usage or after washing, it may need a little investigation from our end to check the root of the problem. However, in any case keeping your booty happy is our sole job here at Bummer. Any garments that lose color or show signs are fading are difficult to assess whether that was an issue from our end or your washing machine, hence they won't be available for a replacement.

Restocking of Prints & Colors is dependant on likeability of them. We tend to launch new prints every few months and are likely to re-stock any print or color that has performed well.

If you do not see a print or color available in the product size and style, do reach out to us so we can check if we have any backroom stock that can shipped out to you. Incase, we would be re-stocking them fully shortly.

All our undies are made from Micro Modal®, a super-soft, breathable, eco-friendly fabric that is crafted by extracting the pulp from Austrian beechwood trees. MicroModal® is a god sent fabric (trust us when we say this); it's soft, fights odor and fungal growth, lasts soooo many washes that you'll lose count and is absolutely the perfect fabric for undies.

We collect online Payments via Razorpay & also provide the option of COD (Cash on Delivery)

If you wish to cancel/modify your prepaid order, please raise the request for the same by emailing us at hello@bummer.in from your registered email ID. The request must be placed within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is packed, we will not be able to modify, cancel or process the refund for the pre-paid order.

Orders are typically processed within 48 working hours before shipping.

Orders are estimated to arrive within 4-7 business days across all pin codes covered with our delivery partner. If for some reason your pin code isn’t serviceable via our primary logistics partner we will do everything in our power to make sure the order gets to you one way or another. All we ask is you be patient while India’s softest undies arrive at your doorstep.
